The seller and contact details
The legal seller is Gustav Fyhn, operating as Melon Studios under the FinalCloud brand. Postal and business address: Dalagervej 12, 6623 Vorbasse, Denmark. Email: support@finalcloud.net. The seller is not VAT-registered.
Prices and renewal
Surveillance is 50 DKK per month. Server setup is 199 DKK today, with the first 30 days of surveillance included from purchase. Surveillance then renews at 50 DKK per month until cancelled. Checkout requires explicit agreement to the recurring charge. Melon Studios is not VAT-registered; these are the final customer prices and no VAT is added.
What surveillance covers
Support with critical issues where the server cannot start or run as intended, collection and review of relevant server data, recommendations to the owner, and updates or optimizations based on the findings. Scope, access, and the data needed are agreed before work starts. No specific response time or uptime guarantee is offered on this page.
Setup and project details
Describe the server and requested work when ordering. The included surveillance period begins at purchase and is separate from the progress of the setup task. Share any access needed for delivery through a method agreed with the team, rather than posting credentials in order notes or tickets.
Managing a subscription
Use Billing & payments in your account to open the Stripe billing portal, manage payment methods, or cancel future renewals. Cancel before the included surveillance period ends to avoid its first renewal charge. The billing portal shows the effective cancellation date.
Consumer right of withdrawal
When you enter into a service agreement online as a consumer, you normally have 14 days to withdraw, counted from the day the agreement is made. This applies separately from the ability to cancel future subscription renewals. To withdraw, email support@finalcloud.net or write to Gustav Fyhn, Dalagervej 12, 6623 Vorbasse, Denmark, stating clearly that you wish to withdraw. Include your name and enough information to identify the order. You do not have to use a particular form.
You may use this example: “I give notice that I withdraw from my contract for [service], ordered on [date]. My name is [name], my address is [address], and my order reference is [reference].” Add the date; add your signature only if you send the notice on paper.
For a valid withdrawal, refunds due are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.
Starting work during the withdrawal period
Accepting these terms or agreeing to recurring billing is not a request to waive your withdrawal rights. Any request to start work during the 14-day period must be made and confirmed separately before that work begins. Any payment for work already supplied, or loss of the withdrawal right after a service has been fully performed, depends on the applicable statutory conditions and the required explicit requests and acknowledgements. We do not treat an ordinary checkout as a blanket waiver.
Invoices and support
Your account shows confirmed payments and published invoices. Custom work can be invoiced separately. For order cancellation, delivery questions, or refund requests, contact support@finalcloud.net or open a ticket. These service details do not limit applicable statutory rights.
Launch status
Live checkout remains closed while payment setup and the remaining launch checks are completed.
